Some time ago I was reading a book by Sue Monk KIdd “The Dance of the Dissident Daughter”, and an image of a double self-portrait popped up in my mind. Strangely, later in that book there was a description of how writer gave birth to herself in her dream. This oil painting is an illustration to what I saw in my mind and to Ms. Monk Kidd story. It was accepted to the 41st Annual Members Exhibition at the New Britain Museum of American Art and is on display there from November 20 through December 5, 2010.
My still life “Milk and Honey” is exhibited at Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club 114th Annual Open Exhibition
